Here at ECSmidlands we use the best machines in the industry, Our DOFF machine has a working temperature of 150c however the temperature and pressure is fully adjustable.

Whilst the temperature in the system is high, the pressure on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water is low. The surface is therefore not saturated and will be dry within minutes.

The steam/superheated water will remove paint, moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter and will also kill off spores. This means there’s then no need to use a chemical biocide during the removal process or as a protection against further biological activity.

We can also boast that our machine uses 5L of water per minute where as other traditional pressure washers use 8L this meaning with high heat, a low flow rate and the use of NO chemicals we can provide a reliable, professional service that will cover all your small or large projects, we have worked with various BID's (Business improvement districts) through out the West Midlands providing a suitable deep cleaning program to the customers needs this maybe a High street Deep clean which involves cleaning the high street top to bottom removing all graffiti, gum and giving the high street a hot wash bricking all the foot paths back to life.
